Project scope :
Phang Nga province and Department of Aviations planned to develop the new Phang Nga Airport in order to facilitate traveling of the tourists and to promote the natural beauty of several islands in Phang Nga province. The new airport is located on 455 rai of land plot will be designed to be able to accommodate 2 commercial aircrafts : B737 up to B400, one 80-seats aircraft, and 2 helicopters.

- • Evaluated and assessed all of development alternatives
- • Conducted feasibility study by considering economic, engineering, environmental impacts and public input
- • Conduct detailed analysis for selected alternative
- • Develop financial plan for each stage of the project
- • Prepare contract document and project related documents
