Project scope :
The double track railway project for Northeastern line involves construction of 187 km new line of railway along exist line. The project route starting from Thanon Chira Junction railway station in Nakhon Ratchasima to Khon Kaen railway station includes 5.4 km elevated section at Khon Kaen station. Construction of other railway infrastructure comprises 18 on-grade train stations, one elevated station (Khon Kaen station), level crossing, container yards, signalling system and telecommunication system along the project route.
