The project involves design and construction of total 32 km of a new 4-lane Intercity Motorway to link Pattaya to Marptaphut. The motorway associated facility includes interchanges, intersections, toll collection system, toll booths and traffic control system.

The services provided include: 

Design Phase;

Undertake technical investigation, engineering survey and analysis to obtain engineering data for the design of highway

Preparation of preliminary design, technical specifications, detailed design and construction cost estimate of the motorway

Carry out the environmental concerning activities, and public/communities participation activities

Arrangement of technology transfer activities for the development of DOH’s assigned staffs of each discipline

Construction Phase;

Review overall work scope and work plan

Review and approve shop drawings

Manage and supervise construction of toll surveillance building, toll canopy, permanent weigh station and associated buildings

Supervise installation and testing of Toll Collection System for both Cash and Electronic Toll Collection System–ETCS, Traffic Control System and Communication Network System

Monitor work progress and resolve any obstructions

Follow up all correction activities of defect work items

Assist and coordinate for the handover of the complete area
